The Implayer® is a multi-channel media player designed for the retail environment. Video programming can be played on front window digital signs, in-store video displays, TV's in training rooms, waiting areas or anywhere you want to deliver a video message.

Installation is easy. The Implayer® is connected to the video displays and to the Internet. The Implayer® is controlled by playlists which are updated as often as necessary (hourly, daily, weekly) These playlists allow the retailer to change the programming to match customer trends, time of day, promotions or sales events. New video content can be sent over the Internet or via DVD updates. The Implayer® can also prepare your staff with training during non business hours.

System Design
Each retailer brings different requirements and challenges to a system. Some have partial networks in place, others are starting from scratch. Impulse works with the customer to design a system that will meet your requirement while operating within a budget.

Content Development
Once I have the network in place what am I going to play on it? This is a common question. Impulse works with you to develop content that is appropriate for your consumer while it mirrors your other marketing efforts. Our graphics experts can create content that will stop shoppers in their tracks.

Hardware Implementation
System installation, screen procurement, delivery, installation; Impulse TV can manage as much or as little of the process as you need. Having been through installations in hundreds of sites we are aware of the pitfalls and can point out the common mistakes before they are made.

Content Delivery
Video content can be delivered in a number of ways. VHS, VCD, DVD or video file delivery over the Internet, each method has their benefits and drawbacks. Impulse TV has experience with each, and will identify the method that makes the most sense for your situation.

System Maintenance
Impulse TV monitors all systems to ensure they are operating properly and playing the correct content. If there is a problem we can be reached through our 800 number (888-299-5666). If a unit fails in the field a replacement unit is issued within 24 hours.
